Durante estos meses, es mucho mejor dormir que no dormir 

La duración del sueño varía desde períodos realmente cortos hasta períodos largos. Ambos están bien

No te preocupes por:

  • Crear “malos hábitos de sueño” 
  • Si sus siestas son solo cortas
  • Que tu bebé siga un horario específico


Entre más corta la siesta, más corta la ventana para estar despiertos. Entre más larga la siesta, más larga la ventana para estar despiertos

Don’t worry about:

  • Creating “bad sleep habits”
  • If naps are too short
  • Have your baby follow a specific schedule


The shorter the nap, the shorter the window to be awake. The longer the nap, the longer the window to be awake
