Intended for those families with babies from 0-5 Months of age who are struggling and need guidance to improve their situation

It is not recommended to help babies learn how to sleep independently younger than six months given their level of physical and cognitive development. But there are plenty of things you can do during these months to support your baby and yourself.
The added benefit of this package is that it comes with a 20% discount to be used as you continue to learn!

A questionnaire you need to complete in order for me to fully understand your child’s situation.
During the online consultation, I will clarify any doubts, explain everything you will need to know and build a plan that you feel comfortable with and that is specific to your child’s situation.

I will send you the plan we discussed during the consultation in a detailed form and with step-by-step information.
⭑ Specific Resources
Each child and situation is different and getting support from all fronts is always helpful. I will gather and share resources that can assist you to achieve your sleep goals.

Our son used to wake up every two hours, sometimes even less, now he only wakes up once. He also was taking a long time to fall asleep, not anymore, and in most of his awakenings, he manages to fall asleep again by himself. The platform is very complete and easy to use. Select the 0-5 months option. Please state your time zone when booking. If you can’t find a slot that works for you, contact me.
Make the payment at least 48 hours before the consultation
The consult will be cancelled if the payment has not been made beforehand
3. Intake Form
Please answer the first section and then jump to your child’s age section.
4. Start keeping a sleep log
Write down when your child sleeps, when they wake up, the more information the better, the goal is to identify patterns.
5. Attend the session
After you have made a booking you will receive a confirmation message with a Zoom link to our session, simply click on the link at the agreed time. Prepare any questions you may have.
