Ongoing Support during the first months
Intended for those families with babies from 0-5 Months of age who are struggling and need guidance and support during the first months of their baby’s sleep and would like to make sure they help set the foundation for good sleep

It is not recommended to help babies learn how to sleep independently younger than six months given their level of physical and cognitive development. But there are plenty of things you can do during these months to support your baby and yourself.
This ONGOING support will allow you to make sure that you are on the right track when it comes to their sleep. With the goal of having your baby sleeping independently at the end of the support
⭑ Intake Form
Questionnaire you need to complete in order for me to fully understand your child’s situation.
During the online consultation, I will clarify any doubts, explain everything you will need to know and build a plan that you feel comfortable with and that is specific to your child’s situation.
⭑ Personalised Written Plans
I will send you monthly goals, in a detailed form and with step-by-step information.
⭑ Specific Resources
Each child and situation is different and getting support from all fronts is always helpful. I will as needed gather and share resources that can assist you to achieve your sleep goals.
⭑ Personal Interactive Board
You will receive a link to a private board (password protected) where all the resources and links needed will be kept, here you will be able to find all the information and ask me questions (you do not need to download any app).
⭑ Daily Written Feedback
When necessary, you are going to submit a sleep log and I will send you written feedback each day.
⭑ Chat (text messages)
For the duration of the program, you can send me text messages in case you need to and I will respond within 24 hours.
⭑ Monthly follow-up calls 30 mins each
Each month you have a call to ask questions, set new goals or whatever you may need to talk to me for.

The best method and the best sleep coach. I felt supported and guided at all times. The platform is super easy to use and personalised. The 24/7 care and moral support helped me understand and get to know my baby and help her sleep. It helped a lot me to have started from the beginning, to put her down for her naps in her crib even though at night she slept in a next to me. Slowly and progressively stopping the rocking to sleep also made it easy for me in order to get her to sleep by herself
Georgina helped me a lot, she answered all my questions and gave me so many tips and every piece of advice she gave me was personalized. She really took my family’s situation into account which was very helpful. I love her gentle approach to helping little ones to sleep better, she never told me to do something I didn’t feel comfortable doing and made the “sleep plan” accordingly to what I felt was right for my family. Helping babies to sleep through the night is a slow process in my opinion if you want to do it the gentle way and I am glad about the progress we made over the past six months. Also, her tips about breastfeeding (in my case tandem nursing) were very appreciated. The best part was the schedules to follow with the “awake windows”
During my baby’s first months I felt very lost, when Georgina arrived I felt accompanied, her advice and timely and constant responses gave me peace, because you can always improve the quality of sleep. The consultation will be cancelled if the payment has not been made beforehand
3. Intake Form
Submit at least 48 hours before the consultation (one per child).
4. Start keeping a sleep log
Write down when your child sleeps, when they wake up, the more information the better, the goal is to identify patterns.
5. Attend the session
After you have made a booking you will receive a confirmation message with a Zoom link to our meeting, simply click on the link at the agreed time. Prepare any questions you may have.
6. Implement the plan
Access your Board, read all the documents, ask questions, submit a daily sleep log for the duration of the plan in order for you to receive written feedback, and text me if you need help.
